Our policy is 7 days to exercise the right of repentance, according to art 49, of the Consumer Protection Code. Unfortunately, after this period it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
To make the return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as the Customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (when applicable)
Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method of purchase in a few days.
Refund late or not received (when applicable)
- If the Customer has not yet received a refund, first check their bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be released.
- Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before launching a refund.
- If the Customer has already done all of this and has not yet received a refund, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Goods on offer (when applicable)
The Customer can only request a refund for products at a normal price. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund for the goods on offer.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If the Client needs to exchange it for the same product, send an email to email@example.com and send your product to Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva, 1111 - Jardim América, São Paulo - SP, 01441-000.
If the product was marked as a gift during the purchase and was sent directly to the Customer, the Customer will receive a gift certificate with the same value as the purchase. The gift certificate will be sent via post when we receive the returned product.
If the product was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift recipient sent the product to himself to deliver it personally, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. That person will know that the Customer has requested the return.
To return the product, the Customer must send it to Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva, 1111 - Jardim América, São Paulo - SP, 01441-000.
Freight payment will be the responsibility of itens. We do not refund shipping.
