TAO
The diagram known as Yin Yang symbolizes the balance of the forces of nature, mind, and physics integrated into a continuous movement of mutual generation.
In Chinese philosophy, the concept is two opposing energies, where Yin is darkness and Yang is clarity. The balance between forces is essential. According to this idea, each being and object has a complement on which it depends for its existence, nothing is in a pure state, but in continuous transformation in search of balance. This duality is universal and, therefore, is present in our ordinary lives, where opposites try to balance and come into harmony. That's how the TAO collection, drawing 80and8 design with creative direction from estudio itens , appeared in 2019. Objects created to expose and externalize opposites and balance them harmonically and seductively. The TAO collection consists of lampshade, wall light, pendant, and floor lamp.
